Founder Story
RALLYN was founded by Carl Wilkinson and Julian Good — two industry experts who've spent their careers building the world's biggest sportswear brands, and now own a succesful design and sourcing studio - Locol Design & Source.
Carl is the former Teamsport Design Director at Puma, with earlier roles at Adidas and Lacoste shaping his eye for performance product. Julian is the former COO of Vivobarefoot, with 22 years in development and supply chain at adidas and Lacoste behind him.
Between them, decades spent designing, developing and delivering product for the biggest names in sport.
What they kept seeing was a gap. Padel in the UK, the UAE and the wider Middle East was growing faster than almost any sport in the world — but the clothing, footwear and equipment built for it hadn't caught up. No brand was bringing genuine performance credentials and premium design to the court.
So they built RALLYN.
A brand grounded in performance innovation, shaped by streetwear, and built by the people who know how to make product that lasts.
